What is The Emotion Code

The Emotion Code is a gentle approach developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson that helps identify and release emotional stress that may be stored in the body.

Sometimes, past experiences - big or small - can leave behind emotional imprints that don’t fully process. Over time, these can show up as feeling stuck, overwhelmed, reactive, or simply not quite like yourself.

By releasing these stored emotions, many people experience a greater sense of ease, clarity, and balance both emotionally and physically.

This work may be supportive if you’re experiencing:

  • Feeling stuck or overwhelmed, or emotionally weighed down

  • Recurring patterns or reactions that are hard to shift

  • Physical discomfort, which can sometimes have an emotional component

  • A sense that something feels “off,” even if you can’t explain why

  • Trying multiple approaches and still not finding the relief or answers you’re looking for

For many, this work offers a different approach - especially when other methods haven’t fully brought the clarity or relief you’ve been looking for, or haven’t quite gotten to the root of things.

What to Expect

Sessions are simple, gentle, and suitable for all ages.

Using a form of muscle testing, we identify and release trapped emotions one at a time. There’s no need to relive past experiences or share details you’re not comfortable discussing.

Sessions are guided at a pace that feels natural, creating a calm space for your body to process and release what it’s ready to let go of.

Session Length:

  • Initial session: up to 55 minutes

  • All sessions to follow: up to 25 minutes

After a session, many report feeling lighter, calmer, more clear, and more connected. Some also notice shifts in physical discomfort, as releasing stored emotional stress can support the body’s natural ability to rebalance and heal.

Session Options

Single Session- $115
“A La Carte”

A single session is available for quick support or a one-time check in. This option is best for immediate insight or a specific focus area.

For more focused work, many clients choose to begin with a 3-session series.

Session length: 25-55 minutes

3-Session Series - $315

This is the ideal starting point to begin and continue this work.

Over 1-2 months, we focus on one specific area that matters most to you, allowing time for meaningful shifts.

This series of sessions is designed to unlock the mind-body connection and give you a meaningful sense of what sessions can offer.

Session length: 25 to 55 minutes

6-Month Series - $600

For those who prefer a more consistent rhythm, this path offers one session per month over six months.

This series of sessions allows for continued emotional and physical release, ongoing support, and a chance to explore multiple areas with consistency and focus.
